ANNA JONES DAVALL

Anna is a writer, director and producer for stage and screen from London.

I studied English at Newnham college, Cambridge where my great-aunt was a cleaner; then directing at the Yale School of Drama where I met ny husband & frequent collaborator, actor/writer Jamel Rodriguez.

After a decade directing for the stage, I moved over to making shorts and web series for the screen. I have directed many notable actors across stage and screen, including Wade Allain-Marcus, Olympia Dukakis and Amara Karan.

I recently took a hiatus from directing; started a family, and have worked in various industries in content and comms, including media, tech and the charity sector. I am currently developing various creative projects for stage and screen.
